We want every homeowner who reaches Strippractices Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Note that Strippractices Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@strippractices.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the plumber
• The phone number you rang or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you are not satisfied with our reply, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may also be able to help.
